 The shoulder roast comes from the shoulder area is known for its rich, beefy flavor. This roast is boneless and is ideal as a slow-cooked meal in the slow cooker and is an economical and full-flavored cut.   This cut is great as a simple meal or can be dressed up with extra fancy sides.

As with all the beef we offer, it has zero artificial preservatives, pasture-raised, dry-aged, and never use hormones, steroids, or antibiotics.
